Is Hull beddict Redmask?? this was my immediate feeling when it turns out redmask is letheri

Hull is dead--one of the most dissapointing characters ( for me at least) in the entire MBotF...
The Nerek killed himm at the end of MT...
besides, he never been to the East, his adventures were in the North...

No is the correct answer here, but on another note entirely...

I understand how people don't bother spell checking their posts and that type of thing, but for the thread title? I mean come on, at least you can spell names right it, especially so people searching could actually find what they are searching for.

There is uncertainty with Redmask's heritage but we can definitely be sure he isn't Hull. They are two unrelated people, the only thing they have in common is their distaste for Lether, which some people in similar situations in the past have equated to be the same.

I can finally clarify after speaking with SE that Redmask did once want to be somewhat like Hull, I hope everyone is satisfied.

Dont be scared away though by the answers you have been given, we are really nice people, well not all of us but you know how it is

that though that theory is almost 100% not possible, there are to many time line issues, as we know Hull's past, and it doesnt match Red Mask's past....

Also Hull did die before Red Mask as introduced.

the only way for this to be possible is for a god to have stepped in and saved Hull, or brought him back, brainwashed him (including giving him the talent to use those special weapons he had) and gave him a mask and two Kchain buddies, and even then Im sure there are dozens of other holes in the theory,

lol thanx 4 the support sum of u, i guess every1 has a tripping day. I think i felt dissaponted in redmasks story it seems like SE included it so that a chuck of the letherii army(and their most talented commander), isnt around, to stop the miraculous invasion of lether by 1000 malazan commandos. I guess in my head i wanted to romantasize the redmask story making it relevent to the other events.
