That's referrring to him dealing with the Sisters in RG.... meaning the Perish haven't seen the full extent of Quick's power (somehow, I think we haven't either), and their estimation might be a bit bit biased towards the Shal-Morzinn

While it is true that Shadowthrone doesn't technically need to tap into a warren, Apt, he can't seem to pin down Quick....
And yes, he did get more powerful after Icarium, but before that I still think he was powerful enough to be considered able to waste even a single dragon.
And Apt, the idea behind the "what if" scenario was that the Shal Morzinn are isolationist, and they have a history of destroying those who get too close to their homeland....What I was saying was that, if the Malazan's went there with all those people, who would win?
But then again, this is all speculation based on maybe a quarter-page of quotes, so there is no base to it.
But I admit it, the scenario was silly, given the relative time frames (I should have put a disclaimer in!).
As I said before though, it would be interesting to see the relative power levels of the Three, and just more about the Shal-Morzinn Empire in general.

I think we saw the extent of QB's power during that confrontation, it just doesn't make sense for him to hold back against three eleint soletaken, unless he's still discovering his new limits.

Discovering new abilities or perhaps getting stronger every time he presses his limits?
Did he use more power against the Sisters than against Icarium? It's hard to say by the description but It would seem he used a lot of power to blast them.
By DoD he'll be even more insane, mayhaps

The three could certainly be the title of the Three rulers of the Malazan empire. Dassem, Dancer, and Kellenved. So what would have happened if the three met and fought against "The Three"? I do not know, but I would like to know about them.
As to how would QB fare against them...might as well add how the crimson guard would do against either of the three.
The scenario that I would think QB would be capable of is going into Shal Morzinn acquiring an item or some information that would lead to his having a trump card in some future meeting. That QB would do and do pretty much better than anyone else that has been written about.

What I do not know fills many more volumes than what I do know.

Of course, if the three Witch-Kings happen to ally themselves with the CG or one of his empires (or happen to BE one of his empires - and before anyone cries foul, just bcs they spanked the Edur does NOT eliminate this possibility - look at Karsa) then they could be a nasty turn of events later in the story.
A word about Qb at the risk of thread d-rail... regardless of the post-Iccy power-up, he had time to prep against the sisters and he knew exactly what he was facing. That makes a big difference.

Its probably gonna be dealt with by ICE, Shal-Morzinn...
Three Sorcerers powerful enough to make Kellanved briefly avoid his expansionist ambitions are probably more than enough to take anyone on lol.
