Where is this mentioned? I totally missed that.
Why would the CG want to Kallor working with him?

I don't know why Kallor has such a fan club, I can't stand the tosser, I find him boring and deeply irritating.

This was mentioned in the Bonehunters, when Paran's host is a few miles from Felisin Fatter's cult HQ and meets the remnants of the Whirlwind on their way out.
