assuming they actually are an army, then ten points to aptorian for proper thinking.
One thing that I don't accept, however, is that they have any sense of humor.

Not in the list, but Coltaine's 7th Army any day of the week.

Of the list, the Seguleh are individually perhaps the most powerful but could they work together as a company? I don't think so. The Mott Irregulars are the ones that would give me the most fear to go up against.

You are aware that their only purpose is fighting, right? They are a nation of Shield Anvils. They have been waiting thousands of years just to serve or fight their tyrant master. Do you think they only practice duelling with Swords?

Do you remember the team work that the three demonstrated in MOI? Now imagine thousands of soldiers, tens, hundreds of thousands? Not all as great as the one we saw in MOI but each trained in every kind of combat, trained to assess any fighter, to spot any weakness, to always go for the kill with perfect technique. Why do you think that they send out fleets? Wanderers? They are gathering information.

I suspect that they probably don't use formations like we see in normal armies but I think they could easily work together in perfect unison to pick a part a shield wall.

Bonehunters all the way if i cant pick the black company. They have: Mages who are epic and use elder warrens, Soldiers who can hold off an army that outnumber them 50 to 1, TAVORE PARAN, a drunk priest, quick ben, they held off forkrul assail, drek wants to save them, MASAN GILANI, Fiddler, and thats the beginning.
They're no Black company (Croaker, SILENT, goblin vs 1eye, lieutenant the siegemaster, etc...)
