Very good Khan, i may have to flex another stick man picture to counter said brilliance.

But as i used up most of my talent in the last one i think ill leave the drawing to you
"I think i was a bad person before. Before this time. I do not try to be good now but i am not bad. Perhaps if i try harder i may get a better hand dealt next time? But surely that makes it pointless? Perhaps i am good. Just good at being pointless. But that would make me bad. Bad at having a point. Ah…. I see now. I was nothing before, I am nothing now. I am bad purely because im pointless. "

LOL, Flawed speaks in the same manner as Kruppe ;)

Don't worry, we'll get you (me, since I'm a big fan as well) and all Malazan fans some amazing artwork ;)

I second that, A also don't have a facebook, but would still love to see the pics if someone could oblige. They are amazing so far, although I must have missed the first few, the ones I've seen are fantastic! Thanks for posting them!

facebook is vorboten at work :)
I've been reading the magician graphic adaptation, I really hope the malazan ones dont' switch artists mid run, the first 4(?) of magician were great then they got bloody awful after that for some reason, the characters looks all changed and the whole thing got very kiddish of itself

I haven't heard from Ernst for a while, I hope progress hasn't stalled...

Here are the ones on the facebook group anyway (linked directly, hopefully you can still see them):

Thanks Caladanbrood my friend for putting the sketches up, I really appreciate it ;)

For the Malazan graphic adaptations, we will not be switching artists, but will keep the art consistent throughout :D

I agree on Topper. (I don't recall a different WJ.) This Topper looks too vicious, too...dark. I always pictured Topper as more genteel and refined. His face was a lot smoother in the previous sketch, and I think that's a big part of what made that one work more for me. This one's too shadowy and sinister.
"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

thats odd, I feel the opposite way, topper is at the end of the day, leader of the claw, he aint the type of guy to invite you round for tea, unless there was like poison in the tea and razor blades in the scones. He'll cut out your inards and wear you for a suit!
