Kallor...one nasty bastard and the ballsiest character in the series. Kallor will cut off his whole face just to spite his nose. 3 Elder Gods....bring em on.

Tehol...for being the fantasy worlds the Dude, from the Big Lebowski.

Wow, contemplating the ridiculous amount of amazing characters throughout this series reminds me of just how awesome Malazan is. So many epic and memorable personalities. I'll try to break this down by book:

MoI: Man, so many... Itkovian and Gruntle both really stand out in my mind
HoC: Karsa
MT: Rhulad - Has there ever been a more tragically evil character?
TB: Fiddler - In books 1, 2, and 4 I felt like I never liked Fiddler as much as I should have. But in Bonehunters Fiddler really started to shine for me. In the end when he finally plays his fiddle, that sealed the deal.

Anyways my top for are Captain, High Fist, The Master of the Deck, Slayer of Poliel, Ganoes Sabros Paran, Trull, Cotillion, and Fid (and yes I call him Fid, not strings or Fiddler because we are such good friends in real life (I'm not crazy(no really I'm not ( okay I admit I crazier then Pust)))
