I think Givemeburger is going to play since his backup also got injured.
Warner also got his head dinged and his backup didnt look to good. I hope he is out 1 week max.

1) If the Cards were in MN, it might be a game. The Cards play much worse at home than they do on the road.
2) The Vikings are being hailed as the most complete team in the NFL at the moment.
3) The Chicago Bears had 2 yards in the second half of the game yesterday.
4) Can NE beat NO at the Superdome? I hope so.
5) Houston folded to allow the Colts to have their undefeated season. Too bad the only team they had to beat was NE, and the colts did not look good against their most recent teams. You can't go down like 20-3 on the good teams in the league and still win. I cannot wait until they get killed.
6) Percy Harvin is the Rookie of the Year. No doubt about it.
7) Brett Farve, although is statistically better than the other QBs in the league, will not even be mentioned in the true MVP race unless the Vikings win the superbowl, and it isn't because he is unknown, but because the Vikings have plenty of other weapons (AD-AP and that Defense) and so need not rely upon him.

I am really looking forward to this game, but Warner still isnt cleared to play, so it might not happen.

I'm really looking forward to Sunday's Vikes/Cards game--mostly because I didn't get to watch the Bears gameblowout on account of being at Disney World.
"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

Hey Obdi? Still sad about that loss? ;)

Yeah, Pittsburgh's a real fucking powerhouse this year. Please. If you feel the urge to discuss close victories, I need only bring up San Francisco and Baltimore, who our teams BOTH narrowly defeated this year.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

If by sad about that loss you mean angry about bullshit calls that completely change the outcome of games, then yes.

There look to be 3 amazing 'superbowls' this year.

Chargers VS Indy
Minn Vs NO
and then the winner of each game playes in the superbowl. Awesome.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOw I have to deal with a week of "this is the Fare of old who we've been waiting to see" articles. Vikes got shut down all around. AP didn't do shit, defense didn't do shit, O line allowed too much pressure. Poor effort all around.

The Cardinals D-Line was in Bret's face all day. Pressure = Turnovers. It always has. Also, you are correct, A.P. got SHUT DOWN by the Cardinals. Take away that last touchdown, because it was garbage time, and you see that the Cardinals straight dominated the Vikings this game. Great game by the Cardinals O-line as well, against a fantastic Vikings front 4.

I guess if someone was going to beat the vikings, it might as well have been Arizona. I like Warner.

Green Bay - Arizona week 17 and if the current playoff picture holds, then they meet the week after in the playoffs again.

That is just wierd!

So, if the Colts lose this weekend we'll know why.

Packers should make the playoffs, but probably wouldn't meet the Vikes until the Championship game.

Man, would the sports talk shows salivate over THAT prospect.

Glad to see the Pack stepped up their game.

I cant wait for MNF.

I want my Cardinals to clinch the division against the hated 49ers.

Being in the playoffs last year was a fabolous experience and i want it to happend again so bad!

The Steelers are hopefully taking all the Superbowl hangover and Madden curse, so we can cruise into the playoffs.

I hope the Packers can take revenge on the Cards for beating the Vikings. Twisted team loyalty is fun.
