Cheers! Just one thing to say - I know Bantam are having NIGHT OF KNIVES completely re-proofread, so the errors that various of you have mentioned should be corrected.

Aha, the Forkrul Assail have sent us the Anti-Pallor in the interests of balance. Good for them! :)

Hi JJ. Welcome. Don't listen to Pallor - he's just into teasing us poor lowly fans. Even though we loves it, yes we does (no, we hates it!) ... :)

I guess I'm just going to have to console myself with my doubly signed and numbered slipcased hardcover of NoK - typoes and all. :)

Now all you have to do to earn our lurve is get ICE to write faster (while of course not compromising on quality). I suggest hot-pokey-things applied to the feet. By an Amazonian Prussian woman in tight leather. Sort of carrot-and-stick.

Cheers,

La Sombra, knows you want his lurve. Everybody does

Thanks for that! Having worked in publishing and run three SFF imprints in London over fifteen years before becoming an agent, I know that every author works at his or her own rate! And we all know the new book will be well worth watiing for.

Courage, mes braves..

Was the possible release date of Return of the Crimson Guard the big announcement or is it still to come?

Awww...aren't they just ever so cute?? :) I smell trouble in that alliance. "Welcome John" ay Pallor?? First-name basis, are we? Well being the resident sour-puss here, I just want to say: Abyss, with Kallor, Malaclypse and our Recruit-Johnny-Boy here, you've got yourself starters, main course and desert.

Or in your language: *Monoch: taking orders*
"We greet you Jaghut."

Hi guys!

Just received an eamil from Transworld this morning. As things stand at the moment, they are planning to release both NoK and RotCG in May 2007, right after the release of Erikson's RG in March 2007.

Check out the blog for the statement, if you wish. Although there is no more info than what I just told you!:)

Cheers,

Patrick

Cheers PAT

We've been wondering a while exactly about exact release so far, we knew it was 2007 but nothing much after that.

Ha! your brain should be thawed out by like sunday Kall, its only gonna be -30c for you tonight.
Just so's everyone can have a little sypathy for you Manictobans, they should realize you lot are mostly downwind from us Albertans, and the guy I work with spends most of the night breaking wind. Its not like there's anything in Saskabush, like a mountain, or even big hill, to block or divert it.

I sure does, this is going to be a good year! And hopefully they'll come to Sweden as fast as BH did.

Meaning they should be here by around Christmas. If we're lucky. :)

Just throw down and get it mail ordered. I do, I have no patience. You can drink malt liquor instead of nice beer for a month.

Am I missing something? Didn't Transworld say a while ago that the 2007 release date for Return of the Crimson Guard had been a misprint or a mistake and that the book wasn't due now until May 2008?
