I emailed Tatterdemalion (Joel Minty) today to see how he was doing, and he replied that he is doing well, but:

Quote

1. I'm locked out of the Malazan Forum. I keep asking it to resend my password but nothing ever arrives in my inbox. I checked Google to see if the forum still operated because nothing was working. Do you know any of the admin who could help me? It's not in my junkmail. My handle is Tatterdemalion and while I don't post often often, I still loved being part of the community. And I especially wanted to come back because...

Is anyone able to help him reset his password?

His public email is available on his website: https://joelminty.com/contact-2/ and he also has a gmail account that I can PM to an admin (don't want to share it here so that it doesn't get picked up by spambots). I'm not sure which of those emails is the one for his account here.

I'm thinking we may have to do one of those admin-changes-his-password-and-then-emails-him-his-new-password, bypassing the forum's email system entirely.

This is what happened to me, and Abyss fixed it. Like magic. Or cats. Or cat magic.
