I am a fan of the Hellboy Series and Mignola's drawing aesthetic in general, but what are his best works (comics/graphic novels) outside of Hellboy? I know he has a lot of offshoots from B.P.R.D. I guess I am a casual MIgnola fan who needs some guidance here.

Hi Ailesbury.
At the risk of appearing flippant - which is not my intention - have you tried Googling the bejeezus out of Mike Mignola? Because that's pretty much what anyone who isn't already a fan would have to do.

I really liked Screw On Head, BPRD, Abe Sapien, the Koschei book, Lobster Johnson, and the Rise of the Black Flame.
I didn't like Baltimore as much or some of the other offshoots.
You'll probably find most of these offshoots to display more of his art and story takes than the non-Mignola comics that feature his art. It's all pretty good to brilliant reading though, you'll be quite happy.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

Thanks everybody. I found some best-of lists on Google. Thank you QuickTidal for that link. The HB timeline on that website is amazing.

I highly recommend BPRD. I would start there. I also recommend Baltimore. I've only read a volume or two, but it's very good.
