Just took a look at them now Chris..
Is it a gritty realism (not over the top sci-crap ala Chronicles of Riddicl) type your after ?
Cause that seems to be the general look of what I can see.
That is I can only really judge costume design and how the ship looks from the pics.
Some of them have tog tags openly around them as well. Is this intentional ?
The ones that do have Tog tags like those two females certainly do have a look recquired for whatever role comes with a dog tag..Soldier or something or other I assume.
The pics all do look pretty cool. Although if the Griggs person is one of the 'soldiers(?)' she dosent look the type I think.
Has a similar Look similar to that firefly series not too long ago (I only saw the movie).. Only more gritty and darker.
Just my impression solely on the photos.
Edit.. Oh and Take some Good Rep for letting us know

Damn it Hume! YOU know what I mean
I agree with all your points above, and one additional comment... what's with the painted stripey thing down Jeck's arms?

Hey - you got my feedback, and it's the most important after all. Anyone elses' opinion is just icing.

ok, well, that's better....
the stripey thing on jeck's arm is a late addition tattoo. true, it doesn't quite work in the still, but it does worlk on video (and it's also a work-in-progress). the intent? you'll see...

So.. The Webmaster Or whoever has put the 'Theme' To the dark up.
I have to say I am very intrigued now as well by this. And thats comming from someone thats not normally a sci-fi fan.
Potentially sounds like it could work very well. I like the concept of how the universe works to the aliens as well.
I can feel that Erikson influence there as well with that concept too.

The dowload section, Only 2.6 meg.

Damn but that audio intro has got me wanting to see the dark RIGHT NOW more and more....
Come on patch, lets have some more details, when can I download this baby...
As for the pics, I like them, nothing sticks out as being annoying.
Oh and anyone who hasn't listened to the little audio intro on there, I'd advise you to... sounds cool, I'm really hoping this gets off the ground soon...

glad you like the theme and pics. we're currently doing the edit and sound (as funding allows). there will be more pics up shortly, as well as some formatted for use as wallpaper.
coming soon: riingtones of the theme and other unique sound clips and the prototype comic (though these will only be available to paid subscribers...sorry, but we have to pay for this somehow)

On the subject of paid subscribers....
I'm probably just missing something obvious, but how exactly do you become a paid subscriber, I joined the forums a few weeks ago, but didn't have the cash to become a subscriber then, now I do but can't figure out where i'm supposed to go to subscribe!
