Ideally I would have placed it on Sem-Lore but unfortunately the strategies have not fallen in the order I had hoped. Still, the PDS isn’t hurting you so long as you don’t hurt it.

You already have the prerequisites for pds 2. Its hurting me. You could have put this on another planet to satisfy the public objective. Your homeworld for one or if you still want to build then Rarron would have been good too.

Like you or anyone else would put up with a pds 2 right next to your homeworld. And Yes possibly gaining access to the cabal commander definitely made this decision easier.

Man, resolving battles with Mahact and Vuil'Raith abilities was no joke. LoL. So many little finicky bits to pay attention to, but I think I got it all right! Not looking forward to having to do bigger battles for either of them!
