At most I have one stall in me, and it may not be worth that. In all likelihood I probably will be playing leadership next, and if I did not, you also have a stall with your politics and by then I'd have to.

What's with the attack on Tatts' carrier, Khell? Seems like a lot of investment/risk just to nab a single carrier. Well, hopefully your gravity rift rolls are good or it'll be a huge waste.

Since he just did his turn and didn't use PI, if you played it now he could at most build one ship with it before exceeding his fleet supply.

Yeah, but he's spending a whole CT on it and both those ships might die without even making the capture. Even if everything goes perfectly he gets a single carrier, which he could've gotten more easily with his agent. Seems an odd risk to take to me.

Yep. Nor would he be able to do use his agent on me, which he hinted at, but if not playing Warfare, I have a choice between taking Rigel (which he wanted 2 turns delay in), or playing a stall AC, one which you as my only neighbour will likely not appreciate.
