Khell are you also going to try and get the research agenda one way or another too? I am behind on tech and if you aren't getting it I'd like to garner votes from Morgoth to get it. Though as I'm a bit resource light I'd rather not spend what little I have if it's just going to fail.

With Khell directing 4 different players' votes, there being only one agenda that can be voted on, and I've just exhausted my planets so can't cast any votes... do we even need to go through the process of having everyone PM their votes in and all that? Maybe just need Tapper, Tatts, and IH to confirm to Blend they aren't betraying Khell and voting against his ask and we can skip forward, unless someone has any abilities to resolve based on particular vote casts.
