Khell holding back from firing on your destroyer could be the difference between a wasted move vs you getting Mirage or almost-immediately gaining a VP from a new SO draw. Surprised you're trying to claw back the price with caveats about builds and such... I thought 1 TG and the use of your agent was an extremely generous price considering the consequences.

I'd imagine khell would be pretty happy if mirage appeared there, I'd be in no position to stop him taking it. A VP from an SO draw is neither here nor there, I'm bound to be able to draw another SO before the end of the game.

Just finding Mirage itself is an immediate 2 fighters plus immediate cultural exploration, plus spending the planet itself, and you have plenty of tricks to defend it.
