I opened the codex for the madness map. Where are the homeworld suppose to ho?

I think I have to play this crazy map. Mecatol is at the bottom but every homeworld is 3 spaces from Rex. Homeworlds in the middle of the map. Madness. Sure I'll play

The more I look at the map the crazier it seems, but oddly still not completely unbalanced.

Are we drafting from all races or removing some?

At first. Sounds like a good way to get eliminated though - all 3 players around you aren't going to sit back and let a crazy Saar ball build up. I wonder if something like Mentak or Xxcha and rushing PDS2 could work there.

All races, we still haven't seen most of the races with PoK content, so I don't want to eliminate any!

Alright, I've posted a preliminary game map with numbers in the starting positions in the OP.

Randomized order of play (Table Order) is: Drek > Tattersail > Khellendros > Twelve > Morgoth > Tapper > IH

You guys can start drafting now. As a reminder, we are doing a snake draft for factions and starting positions. That means Drek chooses either her starting position or her faction, then Tatts and so on until we reach IH who will choose both his faction and his starting position, then Tapper will choose whatever he hasn't chosen yet, and so on until we make our way back up to Drek.

If you want to play as a specific colour that's on the map, post it alongside your starter position or faction choice.

The Speaker token will be randomized at game start.

Having looked at all the races, there are still many I want to try out. So far though, I think maybe the Sardak is my favourite. I have never liked them, never liked the singular combat focus, but they seem much more fun now!
