Glad to hear it was renewed, as we really enjoyed it. Excited to see more stories adapted.

Sorry for hijacking this thread but I wasn't sure where else to put this, as we do not seem to have either a Gaiman or a theatre thread. But I have just been to see the stage play of The ocean at the end of the lane'. And it was bloody amazing. Very clever use of effects and props, great choreography, and the whole thing just breathed Neil Gaiman. Fantastic experience. Definitely try and catch it if it is ever staged in your local area.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Tell us more, where, how, who, when.
I love Gaimans work and we're always on the look for interesting shows that work for us time wise

I'm of two minds. Like s1 was phenomenal and this has been confirmed that it won't continue after this so I feel like I definitely want to watch. But Gaiman being who he is makes me not want to watch.

Careful, if we made a list of every writer that ever did or said something "problematic" on a scale all the way from "used a bad word once" all the way through to "Weinstein/Hitler" there probably wouldn't be much left from pre-2000. Hell, probably not much more after 2000 come to think of it, what with all the mudslinging I hear about every other week.

Yeah but this is current, utterly sickening and from someone big in our sphere/community who made a big deal about being a feminist/ally. This is way beyond using racist language once or whatever.

Wonder how many people with Netflix subscriptions are pirating it anyway to avoid giving Gaiman any more money.
And whether the Trump administration might start aggressively enforcing anti-piracy laws selectively to target its (/ His) critics....
