I was waiting to see if any further discussion on agendas/deals occured before I played my votes, and to sit down and work out how many votes are in play.
My initial inclination is to vote Against for the first agenda and for the second one.

IH, if you and I just put all our votes on AGAINST on the first agenda, they can only outvote us if Khell, Twelve and Tatts put all their votes on FOR (they have 31 combined, we have 29 combined if we vote the same way)

Right. If they abstained from agenda 2, they still abstain on agenda 2 regardless of the outcome of agenda 1.
