TBH I'm not too concerned with IH now - I moved the cruiser to the WH system to make it so he can't go around Starpoint, and with only 2 infantry the most he could do to attack me is take a risky fight that gets him 1 border planet at best. So I doubt he will go for that. I expect he'll just move back to MR, build there, and try to hold it, and perhaps prepare to jump into Blend's asteroid field with Chaos Mapping next round.

All that said... eliminating IH *does* remove 1 point from Blend since he'd lose the SftT :hmm:
