Yes, I would absolutely give you 6 TGs for Drek's racial and an activation of my system, and my Research Agreement for you to copy LWD, though that will depend if Drek actually uses my racial to copy GLS this turn, and will mean you'll only get LWD next round at best.

Okay, I doubt tech is getting picked this round but let's see how it goes. If you research two things you could give me lwd if you reached gls first. We've established that you are the active player when secondaries are being done, so trades can be made mid secondary.
