My initial plan was to keep it for a shot at the win, but I figured I'm too far behind on tech researches to really have a chance at the new PO right now, so this will allow me to get closer to fulfilling that PO while also sticking you with a less useful Strategy.

Whether I win the Mec Rex battle or not, it at least puts a ship there so that even if you go for it you'll have to sacrifice a Fleet Token.

Even if my action card gets sabotaged, I'll still be able to stick a couple fighters on there at least, which will still force anyone going for Mec Rex to sacrifice a fleet token.

That doesn't sound particularly attractive though as attacking corneeq will cost me 2 CT for not a lot.
