Tatts I see there is 1 secret objective that requires the hazardous planets. I'm fairly confident IH and or Blend will take one of your hazardous planets before the end of the round off you so you will have gone balls to the wall this round and end up without scoring any points. Now that I know your plan and the fact that you arent reinforcing your core system you might as well change your approach for this round and spend your last 2 orbital drops to reinforce your other 2 hazardous planets so you can actually score the public objective at least.

Tatts you also have 2 hazardous planets you could have negotiated with IH for as well so no you still dont have a good reason to attack Berg/Lirta IV.

B/L is a very attractive system. Going forward it has good resources and influence. You may build a fleet to beat my fleet but you won't beat my infantry. You didn't negotiate before you took it fair enough but how are you going to activate it again? The noise makes me believe you want Rex, well that's fine. I've had no use out of Rex other than to stop you scoring 2 points as you said. Which would've put you on 4 points. If I cannot use Rex to score the influence objective this round then fine. I dont need to negotiate for planets in my slice. You need to negotiate with whoever you encroach on and anyone would have issues with someone else barging in and taking stuff in their natural territory without first negotiating. So once again your bad play with me costs both of us. And the consistent thread in all the games we've played is you being the aggressor towards me. Talk about the the textbook definition of insanity. Especially when either IH or Morgoth wins again. Can you please learn from your mistakes?

Feel free to take me out. I dont care. With Tatts continued agression for no good reason I'd actually be thankful of being eliminated. I would just ask you to do this after I wipe out Tatts fleet. It's what you want anyway with your harrow ability. I eliminate his fleet you come in after I'm weakened to clean me up. That will accomplish my goal and help you on your way to win.

As to the delayed payment; You got my racial cheap and you cost me the opportunity to sell it again. I went back and counted how many turns you cost me and instead of wiping that debt out with a free refresh you asked to be paid. I agreed to pay it. I didnt agree to pay it immediately. So You will get your payment as soon after the length of time you cost me not a minute sooner. And if you do take me out you will never get paid. And cost yourself CT and units so its actually a net negative and doesnt move you closer to winning which is what you are very good at doing. So no I dont think you will waste your time and resources taking me out if it doesnt directly lead you to scoring. And if I'm wrong well like I said before I really dont care.

I counted the number of actions I've had between when I played Imperial and warfare (assuming you do finally use my racial on your next turn). That was actually 6 separate opportunities if you count the agenda phase for me to offer someone my racial in Trade. I gave you a chance to make it right when I asked for a free refresh to make up for your forgetfulness. Since you declined I got the impression you weren't going to be reasonable so I didnt make it a stipulation when I offered to pay for it. I didnt want to risk you outright refusing me a refresh altogether. Like I said I will pay you. You will just have to wait for it. This is likely my frustration with dealing with Tatts bad play bleeding onto other players but it's how I'm feeling right now.

I am fine with it though, all things considered. If I understand it correctly. I now receive 2 tgs from you, and get my 3 commodities refreshed, as you did not cash in my trade agreement right away. So I have 2 tg, 3 commodities, but you have my trade agreement.

No that is incorrect, on your turn when you do your secondary I would immediately cash in your trade agreement. I can't cash in your trade agreement before you go.

I am only doing binding deals where possible (see what happens with twelve for nonbinding deals) , since you didn't have a TG a deal where you gave me a TG wouldn't be binding. Wheras a deal where you give me your trade agreement is binding and is effectively the same.

Your move as written doesn't work. I will not accept a deal for a TG after the fact, so you can either do the TA deal, or pay for trade secondary with a CT.
