I am going for paired killers with a sympathetic.
Paired healers
Charged Vig. 13 players or less it gets 2 uses. Any more and it gets plus one use for every two people.
If Vig is killed before night 3 then a random ri will inherit the ability.

Theme - everyone is stuck inside but two robbers are on the loose. They dont realise they carry a potent disease. Each time they rob a house the owner gets infected and dies.
The symp knows who the robbers are because she is the one who infected them with the virus.

Two doctors are trying new ways in which to save these people. They have hours in the same night to try and save the victims.

A lone cop patrols the night, he's looking for any clues that will lead him to the robber killers.

Roleless innocent. You are the pillar of the community. You stay inside to stop the spread of this virus you've been hearing about. Little do you know. You watch the news for clues. You phone your friends, your family. Can you do anything to stop what's happening?

Going to make it paired vig, paired healers and 2 symps

So, how many uses does the paired vig get? 2 +(18-13)/2 = 4.5 --> 4?

I am more than a bit rusty, but for a paired vig, I find that a lot.

If both make it to the last 12 (past day 3), they're almost guaranteed to add a town kill to the list until d-day. With the healers also paired, that's a whole lot of VPI'ing through reveals that town can do, starting day 2 (N1 vigs kill someone to show there's a 2nd NK, then 1 vig reveals, vig announces target on thread, healers heal vig, rinse/repeat).

Lower the paired vigs to 1, but add 1 kill when one of them (or a doctor) gets NKed? The maximum vigs is then 2 or 3 respectively.

You know I didn't factor reveals into the equation. I was more thinking that it wouldn't happen.

Maybe I will add into Vig role that they can reveal but once they do they lose the ability to vig.

Best case scenario.

18 alive. Day one town lynch.
Night one 2 kills.

15 alive. Day two town lynch.
Night two 2 kills.

12 alive. Day three town lynch.
Night three 1 kill.

10 alive. Day four town lynch.
Night four 1 kill.

8 alive. Day 5.

I have so many scenarios running through my head now. I wanted it to be simple. Cops, robbers and medics. (The cops are the vigs)

Okay, any reveal and they lose their abilities.

So healers lose their heals and vigs lose their vigs.

Vigs have 1 kill and 1 find, but they gain an extra one of each if their partner dies.

So I am meant to have a ratio of 3 town : 1 scum. Is that right?

Have we ever tried a team of 4 killers with 2 symps? They still only get one kill but looks like they would have a voting block.

Maybe this would be okay if town knew there are 4 killers.

The window was open. The three of them approached with calm steps. They weren't worried about being seen, the night was dark, the moon hidden. Inside the house they picked through drawers making as little noise as possible. Bags full they headed towards the front door. A light. Foot steps. With no hesitation Joe pulled a knife and hid by the door. A silhouette in the doorway, "who are y-?" Came a voice that was stopped by the slash of Joe's blade. They left the house and climbed into the car. "Fucking hell Joe" muttered James.
"What happened?" Darren asked from the drivers seat.
"You'll find out" Chris replied staring grimly at Joe.

Karen and Jayne surveyed the scene. Blood covered the doorway, the hall, the stairs. It looked like who ever killed the victim dragged him upstairs. Possibly looking for other people. Luckily the vic lived alone. Bad business either way.
They watched as the ambulance crew carried the body away.

"We need to hold a press conference"
