Defense is going to have to seal the deal. Good hold there. No more mistakes, get back to running and play action.

Ouch. Pack attack needs to fondue this one into points.

The Bucs defense may literally have to score...

Just need to keep holding them. 3 down series and punt by GB is going to break wills. Packers defense gotta be feeling gassed.

I don't want to be within 7 when Rodgers gets the ball back. He's too dangerous and the secondary is giving up passes all over the place.

Well only 3. Its all on the defense now.

That was a zipper into a bird house window by Rodgers.

I would have gone for it. I wouldn't leave the ball in Brady's hands with 2 mins to go.

How the hell is it not TD or bust there??? There is no guarantee they get the ball back. This is exactly when Jones or Fournette break one.

Or Brady just ball control underneath until there is no time left. Stupid by the Packers.

Agreed. I bet Rodgers wanted to go for it. If they never get another possession...

I can't say much on that but they have let a lot slide tonight, on both sides. But when you're stretching a shirt for the world to see, they almost have to flag you.

Congrats dude. Got your team in the Superb Owl, and in your city no less. Gonna be party central. Have fun and enjoy it.

I'm actually a little stunned by my own team again. Though they tried harder to give this one away, but held on. Unbelievable. The whole playing the SB at home thing was really a fantasy, especially the way the offense started the season. Lightning, Rays :( Buccaneers. They win the SB, screw LA, Tampa rules the year!

Aw man, no games today. Whelp guys, I guess it's all down to the Superb Owl in a week. Looking forward to media day (starts tomorrow, Monday?). Want to hear Tom Terrific enunciate on how his greatness is unsurpassed by any player in the history of the game. Well, Brady is pretty humble, it will be mostly others using the word G.O.A.T. over and over when talking about him.

Yo! @paran falcon! What's it like in Bradyville? Is it a circus yet? People whoopin' and whampin' and carrying on or what?

I got so keyed up before the game I completely forgot to post here. What an unbelievable performance by the Bucs! I knew the defense would have to equal what they did to GB to beat KC and I thought they could, as the whole team improved every game. But that defense was ferocious last night AND they protected their secondary, which KC scorched in the earlier game this season. I have never had my own team surprise me with improvements game after game like this one did. In the 2nd quarter, I commented aloud that TB looked like the team going for the repeat and KC looked like the newcomers as they started losing composure. I will say a couple of those penalties were arguable but the Chiefs can't blame their loss on that. This was the supposed best team in football and they had plenty of time to get back. But they were held to 3 field goals total. The Bucs D were channeling the 2002 SB defense of Sapp, Brooks, Simeon Rice, Lynch, Ronde Barber, et all! In fact, the similarities to TB vs the Raiders SB were uncanny.
