I can do everything except issue of Court documents from home.
OH and that's another thing. Which is a huge pain in the ass but at the same time understandable.
So Courts are moving towards telephone hearings for our MOJ Part 8 stuff, all dandy, except if you don't have notice you have a mad rush to set up your legal connect as you need Counsel's name and number, opposing Counsel's same details, the District Judge's name and their number. And heaven forfend the defendant hold out on you.
Like I say it's totally understandable that they are doing it and I support the reasoning fully, but it's such a pain to arrange without some advance warning!
