Question on Silchas Ruin how did he get the ruin part of his name, is it the same with how he named Scabandari "Bloodeye", or how Dujek became Dujek "onearm" etc

It's never been expressly explained.
Since he already has it by the time we see the massacre in the MT prologue, i assume it has something to do with events in Kurald Galain/Kharkanas before his wave of the exodus.

There are hints that sort of lead to the word 'ruin'... that he was always the most anti-social of his brothers, his being the only albino Andii we've ever seen, that he would have accepted the role of god but didn't get the chance, that he was more draconic than any of the other soletaken Andii.

Unless there are retroatively applied name shenanigans going on (which I wouldn't put past SE, tbh), it's implied that he got his name due to his albinism, as he already has it before the shit hits the fan in FoD. Also, it wasn't due to his anti-social behaviour, as pre draconic blood he was the MOST social of the three brothers but already had the Ruin attached to his name. It's probably really as easy as him looking weird. There are several mentions of his eyes being unsettling throughout the books.

To be honest, considering his personality before he became a Soletaken, I wouldn't put it past Silchas to have chosen the name himself. He definitely used to have the humorous streak to do that, and remnants of that are still apparent in DoD and tCG.
