We'd have to wait for D'rek to move the game forward anyway, I mean once I play my turn then it is hers. I'd like to see if they would pay me a TG as that would really offset having to spend a CT to refresh. So i'll wait to see their answers before playing my turn.

I just would like to be clear, I will pay you to not play it on me. But I will pay after it is played. Otherwise you get to hold it over me each turn.

Nom you did me a favour earlier this round, so regardless of your choice of words I won't be targetting Meer. If you were on more points then maybe i'd have considered it. Toaster I like our arrangement and you've dealt in good faith so far too. I was never intending to use it on Lodd Eru either. So that leaves IH or Twelve. Twelve says he'll give me a free refresh if I target another system. IH says he'll use a card back on me so it is looking like IH at the moment.
