The delay would mean 4 resources less for me overall, plus I was planning on diploing it which I'm not sure I will have the CTs (or opportunity cause there might be more urgent actions than taking Daemon I'll need to take next round before Diplo gets played, plus possible delay of you moving out) available to do that next round so that'd make another 4 resource loss. So yeah quite a high potential, if variously probable, losses this could inflict on me.

I was trying to find an alternative other than me and as you spearheaded the agenda against me I felt a bit of karmic justice in the choice. I fully expect him to counter with not my neighbor but if you pay me x I'd use it on y instead.

First game we played, three people banded together to keep the speaker token on their side of the table, so I spent nearly the entire game being in the last 2-3 people to choose. I definitely agree - being last in a 9 player game is BALLS.

Considering the entire point of Tar'mann was using it for the green skip, yes, I was planning to pop tech before moving out. It doesn't have to be first action, though.
