@Morgoth, I will put my votes towards your for the Minister of action cards if I can hold Quan for 1 turn after you used it next round as well as giving you trade agreement.
I think extra money and extra action cards will be fitting for you in that other dimension.

Or even better, I will trade you a cultural after that round so you can score the same objective the turn after.

I will only come there with 1 carrier, 1 infantry, land there and be gone the next turn. It would be great if you move your destroyer, or even better, you trade me the support for the throne back after that.

The reasoning behind this is that the only other cultural planets I can get are heavily contested, to far away or even populated with a space dock. The mind snakes don't do well in that kind of combat.

You keep rex, i keep good relations with my neighbour and we both gain tg. I'm pretty sure you'd keep your word regardless but me holding stymie should reassure everyone.

This is unexpected. I am definitely interested in working out a deal. My stymie card would only be given out if none of my planets are selected. I think is possible to word a deal to make it binding. I have zero interest in losing any of my infantry. This though sounds like it might be a sticking point as you want trade goods from me losing infantry. I also want a higher ceiling on allowable infantry on Rex. 4 is too few and 8 is probably too high. 6 sounds about right. My racial out in the wind is a huge risk to my game so I'm not much interested in sweetening the pot much beyond that.

I'm not interested In fighting you on territory. We've worked out planet borrowing in the past. There is a hazardous planet I would like to borrow next round as well but we can work that out later once we finish our current negotiations.

Me having your racial is of very little benefit to me, though admittedly a risk to you, so if you want my votes, I'd want further compensating, maybe your trade PN?

Re rex and your infantry ceiling, 6 seems high, but I'd bow to others opinions here.

Planet borrowing we could work out I'm sure.

@ IH: Well if Morgoth and Toaster decide to put all their votes on Morghy for the second agenda then I would need all your votes to beat them I’m not sure if that will happen though. I guess however many you think it’s worth to you.

I am amenable to an exchange of ceasefires, but not in the agenda phase, as there’s the possibility I don’t win the agenda so have exchanged for little gain (that doesn’t mean I won’t still consider swapping ceasefires once we connect even if I lose, I don’t want to fight either).

Mostly correct, I am not going to use it to go against the Nekro, just protect my interests.

With regard to the first agenda, having mulled it over, I think I would prefer a Stymie being played if twelve is still offering it to the agenda being passed on MR. Why? Because whoever goes on to invade MR will then have to put some effort into it, making their own subsequent hold on MR possibly more tenuous in turn.

Whomever takes MR will have to hold it with whatever they brought, which seems unlikely for long. Twelve on the other hand can build more and more, and considering how willing he was to immediately break agreements when it suited him last game, I'm highly doubtful he'd stick to an agreement that limited his ability to control MR this time around.
