Any thoughts on what I should do with my fleet.

Can't see a way to hit Morgoth's homeworld or his victory hopes in any meaningful way.

My initial thought is to hit Rex and stop D'rek gaining influence.

I thought you would move into the empty space to be honest, that way you can strike my Home system if needed, or Morgoth system.

But going to D'rek is solid to I guess.

Worth noting he still has 5 ACs (and Morgoth all 7)

Pfff 2 hits the first combat @NOM, brutal :(
Ok, game over for me. Unless somehow I win that space combat. But with Warfunding and +1 from Warfare that seems impossible. Odds are 91% for IH, 9% for me.
So I will use foresight and save my fleet for next round.

So who is now the most best contender?
Is it Twelve , IH or is it Morgoth who has speaker and could win first round with imperial next turn ?

I think IH has Spark so he isn't going to back off and D'rek beat me handily with even worse odds so it's not impossible. As for who is the next to win; I think D'rek is still in the running, if she can retake her homeworld which with her lucky rolls is very possible as she refreshed planets that I have zero ways of taking. So Morgoth is looking like an Action stage Imperial win away..

Tatts any thoughts to trading Tapper you racial for the fight with D'rek?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Nom - on your most recent turn, I believe your tokens should be at 2/3/2 rather than 3/3/2. Can you please confirm?

That's another option, but even if I'm there there is no easy way I can really reach Morgoth's homesystem and stop him scoring.

And dislodging one fleet and stopping the follow up fleet attack looks hard.

Possibly blocking the empty hex and attacking teq/torq still and taking the 0/3 planet and getting rid of your fleet is still my best option in terms of preventing you winning next turn as you've cleared it of infantry but the odds don't seem hugely favourable.

I'm going to see what the others do and make a call.

I still think this is probably all academic as Twelve will just win, but let's see!

Yeah with the fleet I created It said the chances of you winning decreased dramaticly . But you could try :).
It will be a cool fight, but I think destroying your fleet to just have a fight will not advance your own game or plans.

Either way, I cannot score before Morgoth if he goes for a Imperial action phase win, which seems very likely.

I'm not winning. My secret is not happening this round and I have a feeling Tatts is going break our deal to use his action card to prevent me from scoring the 2 point objective. I'd feel lucky to score 1 point this status phase.

As for the plan to prolong the game I'd be willing to throw 1 tg Tatts way to give Tapper his racial for the fight with D'rek. I think that is the best way to stop her from scoring this round.

So now the plan is to stop Morgoth? That means we absolutely cant let him take Rex.

Nom you have to keep the alpha clogged. What objectives can he score using imperial?

To be fair to tatts you made a deal with him to play it on lirta. It's not his fault that he can't do that.

I can play it on any hazardous planet. I'm still going to do that. No backing out from me.

Morgoth could score the 6 CT one probably, but I think that's the only one he can easily score next round, buut the 7 ACs

All depends if he can score a SO this round. Definitely can't be let onto rex though as then he can score 3 vp from imperial.

So anyone else willing to throw Tatts a trade good to give Tapper his racial? I think if we do that I don't need to throw away any more of my fleet supply. Though I wouldn't mind if someone was willing to send a TG my way instead so I can get my fleet supply up as it looks like Morgoth is next on the hit list. If he can only score the command token objective to win during the action phase next round then I think we might need to look to take influence off him sooner than later. Will need to look at his token count and and which planets are the best to target. Though if I remember right he has a lot of troops sitting around.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Yeah it looks like tokens will be a bit rough for him. He can probably take some from fleet but it will still be close. I can probably try and soften up Malice unless someone else can reach there with more troops. Or if it comes to next round I can grab gravity Drive and Carrier II so I can try and take it.. Nom you can probably bring more than I can. Can you do it?
