Any strategy card not selected gets a tg added to it. Whoever takes it gets the trade goods on it for themselves.

Where is this trade with IH? In status phase, you had 0TG. There is no trade with IH between the Status Phase and now, at least that I can see...

I don't really care about my ability, controlling when diplomacy is played is worth another 3 resources for me, so is much more valuable than 1 TG. I'll settle for another 2, so 3 TG and your PN for a binding deal to make you speaker, and you leave me the strategy card of my choice? deal?

Or we stick to the previous deal and you hold off on diplomacy.

From the floating factory? You should double check, but I think floating factories can build ground units on any planet in the system or in space.
