I'm not interested in playing a several months long game just to survive and not finish at the bottom. Not fun for me.

Twelve, imho, chose from the beginning to go for revenge. He had several starting positions available and took a weaker one next to mine. He has consistently opened 'negotiations' with blackmail rather than deal making. I have no problem with blackmail being used when necessary (usually later game) but he has chosen it from the beginning and as his opening bargaining move. He could have taken imperial this round and scored points off it.
Those are not the actions of someone who is interested letting bygones be.

I can play cutthroat as I have shown and am not angry. Some days you eat the tiger and some days the tiger eats you. This game he's the one dining. *shrug*.

I want to bring a ship at full capacity into a system but I also want to pick up an infantry in the system I'm activating that I also have to fight a space combat. Will that work?

I want to attack Starpoint/New Albion with a ship maxed out with fighters but the infantry I want to pick up is in the same system. Do I pick up the infantry before combat and thus have to destroy the ship before combat or if still in excess capacity at the invasion phase?

The act of picking up the infantry in the system would still be part of the movement step, so you'd exceed capacity before finishing movement and have to destroy a unit to fit in the capacity.

Who ended up with Gnaw's racial pn? What is the cost to take it off your hands? At some point I expect to have my action cards stolen so I want his pn as a deterrent.

Battle is currently paused to allow Twelve to update battle orders (and potentially destroy his Dread instead of his Carrier or Cruiser in the most recent round of Space Combat if he so wishes). Will continue once I hear back from Twelve!
