No ill will at all of course, I wouldn’t expect you not to try (or, indeed, succeed). I’d really only be doing it because it’s easier to gain a VP from it than other POs this round.

Default price is 2 tg in cases where I will have no strategy tokens when it is used, and 5 tg in cases where I will have to spend the CT, but the more likely its usage might later bite me in the ass, the less likely I am to deal it out - in general, it's to my advantage for the rest of you to have fewer infantry/a harder time getting your infantry to the front lines, after all.

Ehhh, what's done is done. I don't know about "understanding". You've peaced up with IH, and I've peaced up with Khell, you've built cruisers, I've built dreads, so it seems we're almost inevitably going to clash, and I guess that makes the destroyer space-Archduke Ferdinand - the catalyst, but war would inevitably break out anyway sort of thing.

I mean sure, I'd love it if you moved both your destroyers to Quann in a turn on IH, and we swapped ceasefires, and I could focus on northward options then instead, sure. But I doubt you're going to do that.

So moving the destroyer in Centauri/Gral, sure, it'd be nice I'm sure, but I feel like I'm just going to end up fighting it in some other hex, it seems.

That doesnt sound very reasonable to me. You’re fabricating a reason to force us into conflict. Sure, if you want to fight that’s fair, I suspect I can hold my own and make it very costly for you. But it doesnt need to be that way. I am a nation of cruisers, and as such i dont really need to expand in a bubble. It’s up to you, do you think it’s condusive to point gathering for us two to fight?

I think you see it as conducive to point gathering. You've hardly seemed interested in any sort of diplomacy with me so far (unlike IH, who you were shmoozing with before the game even started). If you're trying to make yourself seem trustworthy... it's not working.

Interested! Let me know. As IH says, the most likely eventuality is probably that I hold onto it near the end - unless I were to start a round with MR and Imperial, or perhaps if Morgoth ended up Speaker again and I really wanted to go before someone, but both of those are situational obviously. Then again, decent chance I never wind up actually needing it.
