I was going to use it on Tapper's PDS on Dal Bootha, but because of the misunderstanding I've already taken that out. I don't want to use it on Tapper's HW as I've already done enough to make Tapper's life difficult this game, so... Anyone want to pay me to use it on someone specific?

I'm pretty sure even with Harrow you can't bombard against PLANETARY SHIELD. Unless I'm missing something that is.

Well, the idea was that I thought I'd completely lose Mellon/Zohbat and I could at least use the WHs to run around behind Tatts' fleet. But with (barely) holding on to Zohbat I might actually have a shot at retaking it, so I probably won't want to pursue that strategy after all.
