Twelve if you can offer me something I value at 3 TG (your trade PN or your political PN plus 1 TG are the immediate things to spring to mind) I will move my cruiser out of the way so you can reach Rex.

Obviously we aren't neighbours now but will be when you take rex, I'm willing to make the move on the promise of payment when we neighbour or in the upcoming agenda phase.
