I'll only use your racial after you have no tokens but you will have to agree to use a tien on trade if you aren't offered a free regresh.

You cannot put receive Sol Ceasefire, as Tapper has not said he'd do it on your turn. I know we are coming to an agreement but where has Tapper said he'd facilitate this trade?

You are right. My payment to give me your ceasefire was refreshing your commodities for free so he will get 4 trade goods and to add a little extra was the exchanging of commodities.

Can't say it's a bad deal. You shafted him 3 ct. at least with my offer he gets 1 CT worth of goods for it as you don't look to research anything else for the rest of the game.
