Tatts, your Warfare secondary action puts you in excess fleet capacity in the beta wormhole. Yes, I know you go below it again with your tactical action primary, but that's a separate action.


Edit: Think about it in terms of normal board game rules. Blend plays Warfare, and then we go around the table and people choose whether to play the Warfare secondary. You play it, and that would mean up to the point when you take your turn, you are in excess of your fleet capacity in that hex.

Well if you're going to be like that then I'll have to make sure you cannot build in your HS. It's up to you, if you build on your next action then you'll be protected but immobile. If you don't then you won't be able to.

I'm just going for the tech objective. As it stands you have a good chance of getting 3+ points this round and a chance at Imperial next. I'm just having fun, trying to complete objectives
