I had it right in the first game. Giving away my cease fire was just not something I was willing to do as the Nekro, and I should have remembered why.

Yeah, but it seems likely that the flagship being there will not lead to more point scoring (he already scored the SO requiring a combat win with his flagship in it). Otherwise, I'd have activated that wormhole.
