Honestly am shocked blend is even contemplating selling it for 3tg, the card itself gives 3tg of value by giving you a CT, plus a stall on top of the incredible opportunities for unexpected attacks afforded by a double move. Easily the best action card in the game in my view.

Yeah, not to mention he's Muaat. Getting two attacks in one round with the same war sun megafleet is amazingly potent. Very strange he is considering selling it, even moreso giving it up to macgnaw.

Well, there's at least 2 rounds left in the game, I'd say more likely 3... or even 4 rounds if the stage II POs are the harder ones. So if I were to keep Mallice for all that time, that's 9-12 influence spending ~=~ 3-4 CTs ~=~ 1 VP with the spend CTs PO, plus 3 more votes in each of the agenda phases. Not sure how exactly to value the votes in terms of resources, but I'd say it's vaguely worth 15 units right now (and that's without consideration for, say, dropping a PDS2 on it and asking for more fees like before). About 12 units next round, 8-9 the round after that, and so on.
