No it isn’t? If he trades 2 commodities with Blend, then that takes him up to 3 Trade Goods. Also, in both cases he has 3 Trade Goods/commodities total, which is the pillage quota, no?

He specifically traded 2 TG for blends 2 commodities so his TG did not increase above 3.

But that doesn’t matter. If he has 3 or more Trade Goods and/or commodities, you can pillage. It doesn’t have to be just Trade Goods.

Yeah, you got the commodity part wrong.

The Mentak target has to have 3 or more TG after they gain TG or resolve a transaction, but the Mentak can decide to plunder a commodity instead of a TG.
I guess taking a commodity instead of a TG has its uses, although the only one I see is when the target intends to trade a PN in a subsequent transaction - thus not gaining TG but still being allowed to be plundered.

Looks like the Mod disappeared. I went to boardgame geek for rules clarification and turns out Khell is right. I had no idea you can't play multiple cards of the same name at the same time so I'm doing a slight modification to my provisional and will post it shortly.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Nom, if blend doesn't build any more forces I give you very high chances of winning the battle for zohbat.

You are picking before blend so can guarantee that you will go before him.

I can prevent blend adding any more forces to Mellon zohbat this turn by playing signal jamming on it.

What are you willing to offer for this?

I see you have not given out your sftt yet, I would be interested in this, your ceasefire, your trade PN or trade goods.

Obviously since we are not neighbours any payment would have to be in the agenda phase/after you have taken zohbat.
