Well - smashed the YTP walk inside the challenge time and raised over £1,300 for the charity (with some help from you lovely folks on here!)
And I'm pleased with the general progress too, the anxiety is much more under control and I can't actually remember the last time I had what I'd call a proper episode. Getting in the gym regularly and just being generally fitter and healthier seems to have had a good knock on effect the mental health side of things too. I can say with some satisfaction 2019 was the year of turning it all round, and it's the foundation to now build from
