I do want to screw him out of points but this game it taking too long as it is and to get him to lose on the rider then I have to pick something else and then redirect everyone to cast their votes there and I just don't have the willpower to do that.

I haven't decided it I even want to take that system yet. It doesn't directly gain me any points but it does move me closer to two public objectives. But chances are the game will be over before I can claim either one. I need to focus on objectives that gains me VP as soon as possible so if I don't ask Khell to move out he gets to gain the extra resource/influence of Meer. Don't see why he wouldn't at least abstain from it.
