I would be quite pleased if you did play diplomacy on the first turn however. I am the only player whom will benefit, and I am probably the player (other than twelve) least likely to end up in a military conflict with you.

Ah, of course. I haven't figured out what to do this round either (just in case D'rek's paranoia was ratcheting up that I'm dead set on moving toward her - I am not ) You could always move that destroyer out of the beta wormhole and give me more options (although my limited movement may make even that moot).

I guess my main priority is just to protect Mecatol. So frankly, I'm also pretty tempted to just build and pass straight away.

Edit: Of course, my other notion is to throw all my movement towards Gnaw. Why? What would that achieve? Who knows. Nothing. Fuck it. Why not.

Under normal circumstances, that would be pretty fair. I wish I could but I can't - the ones I have are all pretty useful for defending Mecatol, my one remaining home in all the galaxy. How about you just give it because I won't ever refresh while you have it?

Or keep it, I refresh, and you give me 1TG to thank me for my generosity. I can then invest that 1TG in some great stock tips I heard, and not only get rich, but reward you for helping me out when I was flat broke. What do you say?

As you can see with my offer I wasn't intent/planning upon the 3 TG's your trade PN gives me but you'd rather have it back regardless of whether or not I give you anything to refresh it. It costs you nothing to refresh if the situation arises but costs you more if you don't as you will not have it to offer in trades, nor have it to acquire your own commodities.

I don't even need the action card, but I rarely do something for nothing. You said you had nothing and I thought what could I do for you in a fair trade. I personally value most action cards at 2/3 TG. I do not remember where that figure come from, ones that stall a turn or get TG's, research etc may be valued at more.

So assuming your AC's were worth 2 TG as I did, I was paying the extra TG for the choice.

So what do you say?
