I get that you're going for 4 cultural planets and you don't think you can hold Lodor, but you know you could use the Warfare secondary to get the Mecatol neighbouring systems VP? Move them to, say, the nebula if you want to protect them, and then move one out to another neighbouring hex with a tactical to take the VP.

Move them to, say, the nebula if you want to protect them, and then move one out to another neighbouring hex with a tactical to take the VP.

Basically I'm trying to make use of the Imperial and moving out of your way on Silvano while being a turn behind (I guess you'll see why) plus being behind you in initiative order

You're right about initiative, that is annoying. Hmm, you'd have to move out of Silvano turn 2 so that I can move in in turn 3. Is that possible for you if I don't contest Tura Nora?
