Essentially, not to attack you. It's not that I want to, but our racial traits are very uncomplementary. I get a TG when I take a planet (it's my main way of building my economy), and you take a TG every time a neighbour with 3+ gains another, so I would never gain anything. As such, I would be forced to try and eliminate you or force you into giving me that PN. I'd rather be nice neighbours and not probably cripple both of our early games. So in exchange for your racial PN I'm also offering my Ceasefire, so if (in theory) I ever decided that even though you gave me your PN I'm now strong enough to take you out, you can send me packing.

It grants +1 movement to anything that goes with it, no? And the Carrier would have to go with the Fighter, as the Fighter can't move by itself.

Choose one of your ships. It grants.....to all your other ships in the same system.

So yeah, the ship itself doesn't gain extra movement, everything else does. This is more or less a copy of the move Blend made using Warfare last game, when he attacked my fleet at Lodor.

Nom don't give away your prime asset for free! He's already stated he's likely moving in on your territories at least make him pay something for the privilege. His support for the throne of nothing else!

The payment is a Ceasefire and not crippling both of our early games. I think that's plenty in the long term. Plus, Nom, I'll move to Wellon turn 1 so we can do the commodities trade straight off, which was not my original intention.

Edit: And, IH, don't stir. I never stated I'm moving on their territories. In fact, I said that's exactly what I would want to avoid doing.
