No, as space cannon offense is earlier in a battle round than production is. He could activate Winnu and attack it with his flagship's deep space cannons though - though even if all three hit, it'll just make Twelve sustain damage on the three dreads.

LoL - well, I've used Orokos, so you could actually track the rolls by searching my username (Blend). I've been labeling them as well, so you know, the randomizer does as the randomizer will!

Well speaking of Fucking him up. That has got me thinking. I will eventually lose the war of attrition most likely. Especially if Tatts joins in for some assists. I don't much like being someone stepping stool, for what exactly as systems don't generally serve as points, then as some misguided agenda of the reptiles. So I need to drum up additional support from the other good races of the galaxy. Lucky for me I have this nice support for the Throne PN sitting here doing me no good whatsoever. I now offer it up to the first person who comes in and takes a system off of Gnaw that contains at least one of his ships, 2 systems with no ships or his homeworld. I will also throw in my Racial PN if that system is his homeworld. This offer is good until either Gnaw wises up and realize his quest for genocide is foolish and leaves voluntarily or I physically boot his ass out of Everra myself. As his racial tech is good for only one attack per round. I'm guaranteed to attack him once so there is a good chance that he will have exhausted his defenses for others to secretly scheme for a victory point.

Gnaw at any time you want to discuss reparations and work out a ceasefire I'm more than interested to talk.
