I'm seeing something over at MU that could help us here. There is always a lynch. Who ever has the most votes gets lynched if there are not enough votes at the end of the day. If there is a tie, random draw to see who gets lynched.

You can still vote no lynch. and if no lynch has the most votes there is no lynch.

Might be wise to PM everyone now to remind them - it has been a few weeks after all and we don't want scum hiding under the "I didn't realise game was on and I'm rather busy" excuse. Me, I've got 2 weeks off work. 2 weeks we are demolishing a wall, rebuilding it properly and re-roofing part of the house in. So expect erraticness from me :headbang:
