There are advantages to Plowshares passing. Yeah I’ll lose all my infantry but so will everyone else with just a few. And I don’t have enough to stave off those with a shitload anyway.

In the end, Plowshares makes me safer to and safer from Tatts and Tapper.

Plowshares passing benefits the trade-heavy races like Twelve far more than it not passing would hinder you, I suspect.

I don't think I can overstate how disappointed I am that you won't be using the AC on twelve this round. Not because it affects me - it's actually the only way I can get trade goods with Blend basically holding my commodities hostage. But because it is SO beneficial to twelve for it to pass.
