I think the one I'll be offering in a moment is a very good deal indeed, and worth an additional, single action card of your choosing. On the word of honour that you do not trade it away.

I don't know, the only reason I'd really want that PN is to trade it off to someone else. My techs aren't very delicious, and aren't going to be for the foreseeable future.

Consider it this way. That PN is a permanent incentive for me to look elsewhere in all my planning. I have played the Hacan before, I know how much tech you can claim from simply being able to afford buying one every round. Now though, moving in your direction will actively limit my development.

I still feel like it would benefit me better as something to sell off to the likes of Twelve, or Khell, or even Tapper.

What are you talking about? Niko doesn't border me at all. Not even through the wormhole. He'd have to go through IH to get to me, or through Khell and Twelve. So, yeah, I guess the fact that you're one or two hexes away from my systems is a little more threatening.
