Well it sounds like khell is activating the system near me. As long as he states on thread (he can lie I'm well aware of that) that is what he plans on doing with his action, consider this my action. Spend a token take one infantry and one carrier and fighter towards him so we can be neighbors. And invade the planet with 3 influence. Will work out the rest of the trade with khell blend later so I don't hold up the game.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Not sure if your move is legal Nico. I think you activate the hex you are moving to and then move your ships there and land forces. So you'd activate Herrah or wherever you want to move to. Check with D'rek

Thanks D;rek. I was just about to post my action. Should have gotten to it a bit sooner but my boys were fighting over the PS4 so I said fine I get to play so did one round of Fortnite. Got my first solo victory with zero kills. How you might ask? I hide like a scared kid while all the bullies kill each other. Hide behind a port a fort guy at the end as he kills off the remaining players. As he jumps down to I presume find and kill me I shoot him in the back but because I'm such a bad shot only end up wounding him. I lose track of him and run and hide again. He ended up running into the storm to I presume get a medkit and some shields but was so low on health the storm took him out. But hey a win is a win so I'll take it.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

That was the main point of offering you that PN. Is the reason you don't want to take it is you already have plans to march right through me? I hope that isn't the case. I have other goodies I can trade with you as well if you are feeling tempted. I have a strong feeling that Tapper is coming through the wormhole and attack either Blend and/or me. I really don't feel like having to defend against both you and him.

Tapper has stated that his main interest on the other side of the wormhole (seen from my side) is Mallice, as it will give me trading opportunities with whomever controls Lodor, and with Khell through Quann: Mallice also gives me the option of not having to station a fleet on the Alpha wormhole permanently, but still having it one move away.

As this is the first time for me to play TI, I have no clue at what point over-extension starts, but I am pretty sure I would be tipped into a point of critical mass formed against me if I come storming through a wormhole into space others have divvied up amongst themselves already. On top of that, I have no wish to directly border the Mentak: I'd end up losing Trade Goods every round just to occupy a system or two.

Rather, I'd use the fact I am good at fighting as a deterent. Speak softly and carry a big stick, and all that.

For D'rek to answer, regarding Primary of Warfare:
Action 1: IH targets his Cruiser (for the ease of this example) with the Primary of Warfare.
Question: What happens if as Action 2 he activates Wellon and moves a Carrier from his Home System towards it, without moving the Cruiser with it?
Per the wording of the Primary, at the moment of departure, the Carrier has an additional move (1 standard, +1 from Primary of Warfare) so it could theoretically reach Wellon and that makes it a legal move.

However, after its first hop it reaches Gwynan. There, it no longer shares a system with the Cruiser. Would it now lose the move bonus, so that it can no longer reach Wellon by itself?
What happens, 1a or 2a?

1a Is the Carrier now stranded in Gwynan?
1b If so, Gwynan is not the active system, so IH cannot colonize it, right?
1c Gwynan is not activated, correct?
1d So the Carrier could (potentially) be making a second move this round?
2a Or is the whole movement instant, and the bonus only lost when the Carrier concludes its movement (because moving from HS-->Gwynan-->Wellon is considered one move of multiple hexes and the road to it is checked for hostile ships before the move takes place)?
2b therefore from the start to the end of its journey it has the movement and combat bonus, but it loses them directly upon arrival (making the combat bonus irrelevant if there are enemies in the system)?

All ships get a +1 to their movement from the start of their move.

The cruiser can move 3 spaces, the ships like the carrier that only move 1 space can now move 2.

ALL movement happens at the same time. The carrier moves 2 because it started in the same system as the cruiser. Even if he didn't move the cruiser, the carrier for that one movement started with a +2 instead of a +1 because that is what the ability granted.

So to make the answer more complete

1a = No
1b = Doesn't apply
1c = correct
1d = no it has madea movement of 2 to Wellon, it did not stop on the way.

2a The move is instant but in this case there is only one path to Wellon as IH cannot go through the Super Nova.

So if Gwynan had ships in, then IH HAS to stop there regardless of how many moves his ships can make unless he has

The very fact that I didn't realise that's why you were offering me that specific PN should clue you in on how little I was thinking about attacking you. I will certainly take it if it makes you feel more secure.

I'm moving a carrier, a fighter and two infantry to the two planet hex next to mine and occupying both. Will do it on thread when I'm at a computer.

Re negotiations
Blend I notice you have the ability to trade action cards, my whole schtick seems to be have lots of action cards so some sort of deal with you as action card trade arbiter could be beneficial for us both.

Twelve what would it take for you to include me in the free commodity refresh? Could trade with you via blend?

Nico not sure we'll be neighbouring this turn, but would also be happy to trade with you.

Also to everyone my unique tech lets me look at people's action cards and take one, I'm going to be doing that largely at random, but focussing on the point leader/whoever someone pays me to take one from. I can provide info on someone else's action cards for a price. I can also not take action cards from people for a price, since action cards are kind of my thing though I am going to be taking them as I don't have much else going for me!

The Yssaril spy network is open for business :p

Morgoth cannot research Tech. He has to battle and kill to upgrade his technology. He's scary.

Yeah, and because of that it's hard to take his 'I just want peaceful coexistence' thing seriously. It's just not how his faction plays. I say the rest of you take him down as soon as possible - and I'll be over here not getting in your way. I mean, I would help, but these hands were made for art, not war.
